aven Alexandra Signature Weddings is a boutique wedding planning company proudly serving the Canadian Prairies and Rocky Mountains and guiding newly engaged couples through the journey of planning the wedding of their dreams. We are dedicated throughout the planning process to the intricacies of your vision, for the perfect combination of logistical expertise and intentional design. Wedding days are produced and managed with finesse leaving couples to be present with their cherished guests.
We offer bespoke experiences and design for a limited number of weddings per year as we fully immerse ourselves in each client’s vision and hope to provide our couples with an exceptional experience. Although we primarily plan weddings in Calgary, Banff, Saskatoon, and Waskesiu, we love to travel abroad for clients who seek a destination wedding experience.

have always been captivated by love in its different forms and various expressions. In a great love story written by Jane Austen, the pas de deux danced in Swan Lake, or the final kiss in a classic movie. The idea of witnessing everlasting love through the ages is inspirational and foundational to my work at Raven Alexandra Signature Weddings as I curate moments celebrating love and connection.
I am inspired by movement, travel, interiors, and I always have a song in my heart. Above all, I am driven by my family. I have a sweet boy who fills my life with purpose, and a loving husband who I married nestled in the heart of the Northern Saskatchewan Boreal Forest. I find myself drawn to life’s simplicities as I watch my son look at life with wonder and amazement.

Finding patience in appreciation and celebration in togetherness. As I try to savour minutes instead of counting them and be present with my family, I hope to be able to give this same gift to my couples. I want their wedding preparations to be a time of heightened anticipation and passion without stress or worry pulling focus from what they value in their daily lives.
My approach to wedding planning is uniquely methodical and meticulous. I value integrity and accountability in my relationships, precision and accuracy in my work, and intentionality and artistry in my designs. I am both honoured and humbled when a couple trusts me with one of the most important celebrations of their lives. I find joy in creating beauty within structure, and planning moments to treasure that feel organic.

Our design experience is a tangible and comprehensive one. As we explore each couple’s individual tastes and personal aesthetic, we set touch points along the way to ensure a design remains intentional through design boards, mockups, and samples. Our personal style embraces our love for old world charm with classic and timeless elements. Our attention to colours and textures are used to breathe life into our designs. We are passionate about designing a wedding day that evokes an emotional response from our couples and their loved ones as they take in each carefully chosen detail reflecting their journey together. Creating a design that is as approachable as it is exquisite. A wedding day that truly feels like their own.
We have curated a selection of decor that we consider to be essential to our designs combining our love for old world charm with classic and timeless elements. This rental inventory is exclusively available to our couples.

his is our personal favourite, a complete planning package which allows us to become fully immersed in the details of your wedding. We will guide you through the entirety of your planning experience beginning with planning checklists and budget preparation, then moving into venue and vendor selection. We manage all vendor booking and communication, creating touch points along the way to ensure our couples stay connected with their wedding as it unfolds. After learning your preferences, personal style, and vision, we create a personalized design that is cohesive across each aspect of your wedding day and meaningful to you as a couple.
We conclude with wedding day management and production, complete with set-up and take-down. We are dedicated to creating not only a day for you to remember, but an entire year for you to look back on fondly.

ur design package was created for couples that wish to plan the logistics of their wedding day, but require assistance with making that vision a reality. We assist you in defining your vision and then bringing that vision to life. We take the lead on all design vendors including stationery, florals, cake artists, and decor. This package transitions to Signature Planning the month prior to your wedding as our team assumes management of all vendor communication on your behalf and drafts your detailed wedding day itinerary. Your experience concludes with wedding day management and production, complete with set-up and take-down.

or the couple who has taken the lead on all logistical planning and design, but now wants to be present to experience the anticipation of the days leading up to and including their wedding day. After conducting a detailed review of your plans and vision one month prior to your wedding, we draft a detailed wedding day itinerary, assume responsibility for all remaining vendor communication, and intricately produce your wedding as you imagined it complete with set up, wedding day management, and take down.
We remain available to provide vendor recommendations and timeline decisions prior to our formal services commencing.

’ve always dreamt about having a wedding day where I could be completely present with my husband, family and bridal party, without having to spend our time on set-up, take-down and everything in between.
Enter Raven. With her in our corner, our wedding day was stress-free and beautiful.
From our first wedding discussions in September 2021 to our wedding day in May 2022, Raven was so wonderful when it came to answering questions, offering advice and keeping everything organized with her detailed timelines and production lists. I never would’ve been able to be as organized if it wasn’t for her.
When it came to decor, Raven took my vision and made it even better than I imagined. She handled all my Pinterest-inspired ideas with ease and confidence. I’m especially grateful for the work she put into making my floral vision come to life. Based on a few photos that I loved, Raven created a beautiful vision board of floral designs which she relayed to our florist. The end result was nothing short of amazing and everything I wanted.
On our wedding day, we were so happy with how perfectly everything came together. We got to spend the day living in the moment without any stress. Raven handles everything with such grace and professionalism and I’m so happy that she was there to help guide me every step of the way.
We have received so many compliments on our wedding and we are so grateful for Raven making it an absolutely dream.
