We will discuss your vision for your wedding, the stage of planning you are at, and how our team can best support you on a complimentary call with our owner and principal planner. We will recommend which of our offerings would best fit your needs and share in detail what you can expect from your experience with our team.

After we have a better understanding of our role in bringing your day to life, we will send a custom proposal inclusive of details for each service we are exploring together. We will place a soft hold on your date and encourage you to review the proposal with your partner before making a decision.

With logistical items well underway, we begin to turn our attention to the aesthetic components of your day, weaving your personal style and important life experiences into your vision. We will dream up a design that is uniquely your own and curate a team of design vendors who will be able to begin to bring your design to life flawlessly.

As we approach your wedding day, our focus turns to the production details to ensure a seamlessly executed event, carefully considering every moment of your day to ensure each arrival, transition, and departure is accounted for and scheduled accordingly. You can breathe easy as you watch our team take complete ownership and accountability for the upcoming celebration.

Final Preparations
The first to arrive and the last to leave, our team is present for the duration of the wedding day ready and willing to assist at every turn to ensure your day is free from worry or distraction. Having led the ceremony rehearsal the day prior, we are a trusted resource and confidante for your wedding party and families, diligently moving the day forward to ensure the timeline is adhered to in order to avoid overages. Complete with venue transformation at the beginning and end of the day, we hope the only finger you lift on your wedding day is the one that your ring is placed upon!
