Our personal favourite, a complete planning package which allows us to become fully immersed in the details of your wedding. We will guide you through the entirety of your planning experience beginning with budget preparation, a personalized planning calendar, venue search when applicable, and pairing you with our most trusted vendors. We manage all vendor booking and communication on your behalf, creating touch points and deliverables along the way to ensure our couples stay connected with their wedding plans as they unfold.
As we build a meaningful relationship with you and learn your preferences, style, and vision, we create a personalized design that is cohesive and impactful to you as a couple. With our team providing expert production and wedding day management, you are able to remain present with your cherished guests for the duration of your celebration. We are dedicated to creating not only a day for you to remember, but an entire planning period for you to look back on fondly.
We recommend reaching out to begin working with our team 12-14 months in advance in order to secure your favourite vendors, and be able to plan at a pace that feels neither rushed nor too infrequent.

Our design package was created for couples that wish to plan the logistics of their wedding day, but require assistance with making that vision a reality. We assist you in defining your vision, enhancing it, and then bringing that vision to life. We take the lead on all design vendors including stationery, florals, cake, and décor, quoting and providing recommendations along the way. This package transitions to full service two months prior to your wedding as our team assumes management of all vendor communication on your behalf and drafts your detailed production schedule and schematics guide so that we may seamlessly produce and manage your wedding.
We suggest inquiring with our team 10-12 months in advance of your wedding day to ensure we can provide the design support you need as you embark on the logistical planning.

For the couple who has taken the lead on all logistical planning and design, but now wants to be present to experience the anticipation of the days leading up to and including their wedding day. After conducting a detailed review of your plans and vision two months prior to your wedding, we draft a detailed production schedule and schematics guide, assume responsibility for all remaining vendor communication, and intricately produce your wedding as you imagined it. We welcome you to lean on our team for vendor recommendations and to discuss timeline considerations prior to our formal services commencing to ensure you are poised for success. We believe that a trusted team and a thoughtful timeline will lead to a seamless wedding day.
While we encourage you to reach out early, we generally don’t start accepting Essential Coordination couples until 6-8 months in advance of your wedding day.

Often paired with our Essential Coordination experience, our wedding planning consultations can provide the additional support that couples desire as they undertake the planning of their wedding. Whether it is a question of where to source specific decor pieces, how to manage their guest list, or discuss the considerations behind a room flip, couples find comfort in speaking with their lead producer before our formal services commence on an as needed basis throughout their planning horizon, setting their minds at ease as they approach the big day.
